On Golden Pond

What a great way to end the day, just off the shore of Sam Smith Park there was a common loon.  It swallowed a fish about a third its size and went back under for more.  Every day there is something new to see, nature is just so addictive.

    I have never seen or heard a loon in Sam Smith Park. Great to find out they are there...I will keep a look out for them.

    I certainly see lots of cormorants!
